James Brennan, Esq. - 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange Feed

James graduated Wake Forest University School of Law and recently attained a Masters of Law (LL.M.) at Georgetown University Law Center. During law school, he was the Executive Editor of the Wake Forest Intellectual Property Law Journal.

James began his professional career as an assistant general counsel for the National Mining Association (NMA) in Washington, DC. At NMA, James was lead counsel for all industry tradeshow events and drafted commercial and corporate agreements for ongoing trade association affairs.

Currently, James is the Vice President for Wachovia Exchange Services, serving the Mid-Atlantic Region. He regularly teaches realtors continuing education classes on 1031 exchanges and presents at various seminars for investors, realtors and CPAs.

James resides in Alexandria, Virginia, and is an instructor with the George Washington University Graduate School of Business teaching Real Estate Development Law.
