I am an Alabama real estate consultant with Keller Williams Realty Alabama Gulf Coast.

I grew up in the Mississippi Delta and produced Cotton, Corn, and Soybeans for twenty years. In 2002 I decided to begin pursuing my true interest of Real Estate by becoming licensed in the State of Mississippi. I moved to Gainesville, Georgia and became licensed there as well and began taking Computer Information Systems - Internet courses at Lanier Tech in Gainesville. Having a greater knowledge of computer systems, I spent several years developing the web presence of the Laura Allen Team, a Gainesville, GA Realtor with Keller Williams Lanier Partners ( http://www.lauraallenteam.com ) with content for the team web site that specializes in Lake Lanier Real Estate. I spent large amounts of time teaching the team how to utilize computer applications tailored to Realtors, marketing listings on the Internet, showing property, negotiating contracts for buyers and sellers, and applying search engine optimization techniques.

In 2006 I decided that the Metro Atlanta traffic was not for me and that I wanted to move to the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach, Alabama area and continue my passion of Internet Real Estate Marketing.

After great experiences selling Lake Lanier property with Keller Williams Lanier Partners, I decided to join with Keller Williams Realty Alabama Gulf Coast just as they began to open their new Orange Beach office and will specialize in marketing beach, bay, and canal waterfront properties for vacation, second home, and investment purposes in the Gulf Shores / Orange Beach / Fort Morgan area.

My goals are to continue working with computers, manage my Real Estate investments and equity investments, and possibly consult with others in regards to new business concepts and the pursuit of those concepts.    

I have over twenty years experience in agricultural production including hands on agronomic practices, transportation of farm products, cotton ginning, utilization of computer software from bookkeeping to GIS/GPS applications, as well as negotiating land leases for farming and hunting.
